Netscape Email Setup |

When setting up the mail in Communicator You will need to open your
communicator by double clicking on the Communicator icon which is on your
desktop. After the program is open, bring down the edit menu by single
clicking on "edit" and then click on "Properties" at
the bottom of the edit menu This step can be done whether you are in
Netscape Navigator (browser) or in Netscape Messenger (mail program)
.
From the preferences menu click on the "+" sign in front of Mail
& Newsgroups to expand the menu.

Single click on "Identity"
Put your real name in the top blank.
Enter your email address (your username
followed by @cisaz.com). All letters are lower case with no spaces.

Single click on "Mail Servers".
If incoming.cisaz.com is not listed in the incoming mail servers box you will need
to click on add to enter it. If you already have incoming.cisaz.com entered
click on the edit tab. (see next image)

In the Server Name: enter incoming.cisaz.com
(all lower case no spaces).
Select the POP3 Server type.
Enter your E-Mail Address
click OK
You will then be back at the previous screen.
You will need to verify that outgoing mail server is filled in with outgoing.cisaz.com

Your mail is now set up and ready to use.
