Open Microsoft Outlook XP
From the top tool bar, click on the TOOLS, then select E-MAIL ACCOUNTS from the drop down menu.

Click on ADD a new e-mail account button from the upper left and then click NEXT.

You will be prompted to select an E-mail account type.
Select POP3 and then click NEXT.

Next, you will need to enter your account settings.

Your Name: Enter the name you wish to have displayed to others. This is what your message will show others as to who it's from. Generally, your full name is entered here.

E-Mail Address: Enter your full e-mail address

Incoming Mail (POP3): incoming.cisaz.com

Outgoing Mail (SMTP): outgoing.cisaz.com

User Name: Type in your E-Mail address in all lower case letters.

Password: Assigned Password
Check the REMEMBER PASSWORD box.

Now click the More Settings button and select the Outgoing Server tab. Check the box that states "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, then click OK

Click Next and then Finish to complete the set up process.
